Manage and grow the client's social media presence across multiple platforms.
Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form media.
Monitor traction, audience insights, and engagement to optimize campaigns.
Assist with marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
Provide regular reports on performance, engagement, and campaign results.
Collaborate with the client to maintain brand consistency and meet goals.
Ensure open communication and responsiveness throughout the shift.

Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form media.

Schedule patient appointments correctly, with attention to medical compliance (e.g., only licensed providers may administer injectables such as Botox and fillers).

Collaborate with the client to maintain brand consistency and meet goals.
Ensure open communication and responsiveness throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar).
Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
Ability to accurately schedule appointments and follow client-specific booking protocols.
Prior experience working in aesthetics, medspa, or similar healthcare settings is required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Must be comfortable with an open camera policy during working hours.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting creative ideas.
