Responsibilities:
Assist in the transformation efforts around the Data Concern and Remediation process to redesign and implement the process across the enterprise.
Partner with the Enterprise Chief Data Office (ECDO) to assess the internal and external risks of the organization on Consent Order plans and deliverables.
Work in partnership with the Federated Chief Data Office, Enterprise Chief Data Office, and Global Functions to implement Data Concern and Remediation Management (DCRM) controls in applicable entities and entity units.
Conduct and embed stronger DCRM process controls consistent with Citi Data Governance Policy globally
Assist in the preparation of training and review sessions with senior managers to socialize the process and implications for consumers and producers.
Drive governance oversight of ECDO Policies, Procedures & Standards
Assist in the partnership with key cross functional stakeholders in ECDO, FCDO, and Global Functions to update, refine & enhance key Data Concern and Remediation Management documents.
Maintain a proactive and comprehensive notification process to ensure that there are no late and/or Corrective Action Plans actions owned by the ECDO Data Quality group.
Establish and maintain a working partnership with the Global Function/ Business / Technology Teams
Assist the ECDO Head of Data Quality and Senior Managers in the review of the ECDO standards and procedures on an annual basis.
Function as a line of defense support for internal auditors, third party vendors with audits and independent validation
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

6-10 years of relevant experience
