Primary Responsibilities are:
Crafting copy and creating content that will empower Cebu Pacific passengers to have the best looking and flight experiences possible.
Work closely with the user design team for platform (website, mobile app) and product roll-out and enhancements.
Ensure the content is of high quality (grammar, spelling, translations), is contextualized and easily understandable.
Manage CMS page owners and translation processes, and drive user adoption of marketing technology tools.
Work with the rest of the marketing team and agencies/partners to launch educational campaigns.
Build new and update existing pages using the content management system and create use cases for IT development.
Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate with at least 1.5 years of relevant writing or communications experience.
Any training, online courses or certifications successfully completed related to communications/marketing/UX/design or psychology is a great advantage.
Must have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable to work in an agile product development environment and believes in human-centered design.
