Position: US Tax Manager

Summary:
Preparation of overseas taxable income computations is required for US income. Tax returns and quarterly financial statements submitted to the Securities and The Exchange Commission Preparing and/or reviewing international income tax provisions and related calculations made in compliance with our internal control framework Assist with other Tax Department special projects as needed. This might include: Intercompany transactions, permanent establishment difficulties, audit investigations, Withholding tax queries and concerns, tax due diligence, impairment testing, and tax planning.

Qualifications:
College Graduate, CPA required
US Tax Accounting experience (GL Reconciliations, Provisions, etc)
Tax Compliance and Audit experience
Willing to work on a Midhsift schedule
