● Source candidates using different recruitment platforms in the US (Linkedin, Monster, Jobstreet, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, US.Jobs, Job2Careers, etc)
● Research and post job advertisements on suitable channels for each position.
● Screen resumes and pre-select the candidates.
● Schedule interviews with hiring managers
● Conduct phone screening or initial interviews
● Follow recruitment SOP and ad-hoc processes
● Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
● Meet & exceed KPI, OKR targets requirements
Job Requirements:
● At least 3 years of BPO Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
● At least 1 year of Healthcare or Medical recruiting experience, specifically with
RN, NP, PA and MD/DO sector
● Experience in using an Applicant Tracking Database and recruitment websites such as (LinkedIn, Monster, Job street, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, US. Jobs, Job2Careers)
● Excellent English communication skills both in writing and verbal setting
