Job Overview
Responsible for working with healthcare professionals and members to maximize the results of quality members, optimize the benefits of members, and promote the efficient use of resources. Conduct pre-service, concurrent retrospective, out of network, and care environment appropriateness. Reviews service requests to ensure enforcement, benefits, and arrangements with relevant requirements, medical policies, and member eligibility
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree holder of Nursing (BSN)
*Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) active license
*Hold a current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
*Minimum of 3 months prior working experience in a clinical setting as a Registered Nurse
*Good to have BPO voice account experience
*Knowledge of disability claims management process, ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT codes is a plus
*Amenable to work in a Shifting schedule
*Can work in different locations in Metro Manila specifically Taguig and Alabang
