Job Summary:
Talent Acquisition (75%)- responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals
Business Development (25%)- building and maintaining relationships with allies and partners, or it may involve identifying opportunities for growth in other channels
Connect & build profitable ongoing relationships with client contacts in your sector
Utilizing CRM (Loxo) & Online tools, to find, track, verify & build relationships with candidates for jobs & key sells
Drive client interviews and placements to achieve and exceed financial target
Conduct searches in CRM, online, and traditional methods to source candidates for jobs and key sells.
Pitch & Head hunt for positions &/or monitor
Track and build relationship for future roles through cold and warm calls to candidates.
Book and conduct internal interviews, background checks with candidates to present for jobs or promote to clients in the absences of a job.
Build candidate relationships & communities utilizing video call, phone, and social media tools.
Ensure data integrity and compliance of candidate background is completed on each candidate presented to clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of US recruiting experience in Engineering/Construction/Healthcare/Banking Industries
Someone who can strategically plan how to manage their time to contact over all four time zones in US
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Competency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
Willing to be in a night shift schedule (PST)
