UST is looking for a talented HR Payroll Lead to join our team. The role of HR Payroll Lead is to ensure end-to-end compliance with employee compensation procedures, including staying updated with US laws pertaining to employee compensation and benefits. The lead will also be working to ensure that payroll services are delivered consistently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Gather and examine timesheets to ensure validity
Correctly capture approved leaves and log in/out onto payroll software
Manage and administer mandatory employee benefits
Confirm legally-mandated and optional deductions have been processed correctly
Prepare payroll reports
Perform all tasks complete and accurately before the pay run to ensure that employees are compensated correctly and notified on time
Address queries about payroll-related concerns
Manage performance and development of assigned team members
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Recourse, Finance or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Payroll
Experience in using PeopleSoft HCM modules
US Payroll a big advantage
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
Trustworthy and good attention to confidentiality
Amenable to temporary work from home (subject to changes / until further notice) and nightshift
