US Onboarding/ Credentialing Specialist
We are a reputed US based staffing agency. We are looking for an experienced US Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is a Remote/ Work from Home role. You will be working EST time zone.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Managing the complete onboarding cycle (offer, compliance background check, drug test, immunization credentialing) for new hires
Answering candidate questions regarding the process and keeping them engaged throughout the process
Effectively documenting and reporting the status of each candidate continuously
Escalating any issues to ensure deadlines are met
REQUIRED:
Must have worked with US based staffing agency or large employer
Prior experience in US Staffing
Experience with onboarding new candidates
Must Have Healthcare staffing related credentialing experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)- being able to articulate complex information
Strong learning aptitude and ability to apply new information to the day to day work immediately.
Ability to self-learn.
Self- starter
Ability to handle high volume and high stress work environment
Ability to resolve issues, concerns and disagreements in a professional manner
