The HR Generalist will be tasked to support a US-based client with various HR functions such as HRIS management employee & labor relations, benefits & retirement plans. The position is responsible for resolving important issues related to client employees' concerns and queries in a call center environment.Responsibilities include:
Address concerns and meet deadlines as provided by the manager and client
Respond to inquiries by email, outbound calls, and other means of communication
Other related tasks
Bachelor's/College degree preferred. BPO or HR experience may be considered in lieu of education
Atleast 3 solid years of HR experience in US-based BPO with at least 1500 to 3000 FTEs, required
Experience in the following areas, highly preferred:
HRIS systems (Ceridian)
US labor law
Employee Relations
Benefits and 401K retirement plans
Excellent customer service and English communication skills, verbal & written
Ability to work on a graveyard shift
Amenable to work from home temporarily and work in BGC Taguig after COVID or as necessary
