We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor
With Production Planning & Inventory Control Responsibilities
 
Are you a logistics-savvy leader with a knack for keeping operations smooth, inventories accurate, and production timelines on track? Join our team as a Warehouse & Storage Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring our supply chain runs like clockwork.
 
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily warehouse and storage operations, ensuring efficient handling, safekeeping, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with production teams to align inventory availability with production schedules.
Lead production planning efforts, ensuring timely material flow and resource allocation.
Implement and improve storage systems, layout optimization, and safety protocols.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to streamline processes.
Generate reports on inventory status, production timelines, and warehouse performance.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, and production planning for at least three (3) years.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and production planning tools.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
