JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2nd year college undergraduate / Senior Highschool Graduate
At least 2 years Insurance Verification, Benefits check experience, Claims, Billing or Prior Authorization experience
At least 2 years Healthcare BPO experience
Blended account: 80% Voice
Excellent English communication skills
100% work onsite
Willing to report in Cebu
Note: Experience in a BPO Healthcare Account is Required
 
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
This position is responsible for obtaining pre-certifications and pre-authorizations for procedures, medications, surgery, and outpatient radiology testing.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
Verify patient's insurance eligibility, benefits, and requirements
Request, tracker and obtain pre-authorization within time allotted for medical and services.
Assist with medical necessity documentation to expedite approvals and ensure that appropriate follow-up is performed.
