Market Mapping
Regularly promote Launch Recruitment services and searching for leads through existing clients and candidates
Sourcing Candidates
Database searches i.e. JOBADDER, Seek, LinkedIn
Draft Job adverts
Headhunting and creating talent pools
Candidate Screening
Review job applications via JobAdder
Call and screen candidates based on role requirements
Establish and maintain good relationships with candidates on behalf of Launch Recruitment,
Understand and manage candidate expectations
Have appropriate knowledge of the roles candidates are seeking
Market intelligence i.e. knowledge of the job market, pay rates, etc.
Placement
Generate new placements and extensions
Assist with compliance checks and follow ups with candidates if needed
Research
Ad hoc projects as required
Minimum Qualifications
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with native English speakers
At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment, BPO, HR, or talent sourcing environment
Experience in administrative, customer service, or research roles in a professional setting
Demonstrated ability to search, identify, and screen potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, or similar job boards
High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Proficient in using online systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, proactively clarifying tasks and expectations in ambiguous situations
Willingness to work within Australian business hours (Kohei may need to tweak or remove this depending on Cebu office start times; the timezone difference is 2 to 3 hours)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobAdder
Prior experience supporting clients or stakeholders based in Australia, the UK, or the US
Understanding of the Australian job market, hiring processes, and candidate screening practices
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills when conducting candidate outreach and screening
Ability to draft clear and engaging job advertisements
