CMGN SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical products and solutions to healthcare professionals, with a focus on managing government accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the medical field, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital staff, in both private and government institutions.
Present and promote our medical products to potential clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Engage in pre-bid meetings and manage the bidding process for government contracts.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory, specifically focusing on government accounts.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Previous experience in medical sales, specifically handling government accounts, is preferred.
Familiarity with the pre-bid and bidding process in government sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and google sheets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory is PLUS
