Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
Coordinate with the Content Creator and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Track the performance of campaigns and suggest optimizations based on data and analytics.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze competitor activities and recommend improvements to Surebright's marketing strategies.
Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to inform product positioning and messaging.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Assist in maintaining the company's website and social media presence.
Event Coordination:
Help organize and promote events such as product launches, promotional events, and industry exhibitions.
Liaise with event organizers, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing events.
Customer Engagement:
Assist in creating and sending newsletters, promotional emails, and other communication materials.
Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the customer service team to address concerns.
Sales Support:
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
Prepare reports and presentations to highlight the performance of marketing initiatives.
Support the development of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales of slow-moving items and new product lines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role.
Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a plus.
