We are hiring MARKETING ASSISTANTS!
 
As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, nurturing leads, and ensuring a smooth journey for clients - from inquiry all the way to property turnover.
 
Your day-to-day will include:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and online/offline lead generation activities
Respond to inquiries from prospective buyers via social media, email, or phone
Help qualify leads and schedule them for site visits or presentations
Prepare marketing materials and assist in presenting project highlights to clients
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and closing deals
Maintain and update the database of prospects, clients, and sales reports
Act as a reliable point of contact for clients during the sales process
Provide updates on unit availability, pricing, and project status
Guide clients through documentation, reservations, and contract signing
You are a great fit if you have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related course - but more than your diploma, we value your passion and drive!
Confidence in using computer applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
A positive, client-first attitude and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Experience in real estate, client servicing, or administrative work is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
