At least 2 years College Level
Graduates of IT-Tech Voc Strand Have an Advantage
With at Least a Neutral English accent

Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. Works with different systems, software, and hardware and follows standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
