Position: Mandarin Account Manager

Schedule: Dayshift and Midshift (Must be flexible)
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 90,000
(BS: P35,000-P40,000 & LP: P40,000-P50,000)

Responsibilities:
Develop customer sales strategies to meet customer goals and objectives.
Process customer orders and manage overall order fill rate and on time delivery service.
Gather and communicate channel, market, customer or competitive information and intelligence and interact with the team on strategy and pricing functions.
Manage contracts and risk with pricing and trade promotions teams and resolve and coordinate the investigation of claims and disputes.
Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)
Retain the accounts given to them for the whole year; grow the revenue value of customer accounts; renewal/retention of subscription ; call customers to identify sales opportunities
Meet Sales Team Objectives including but not limited to the following:
Retention activities through working in advance
Generate Upsell opportunities and convert forecasted pipeline to sales
Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points
Collaborate with cross functional partners to extend positive customer experience
Requirements:
Can speak, read and write in Mandarin and English
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree (Completed at least 2 years in College)
Has experience in Account Management, Business Development
Has global sales account management experience; telephonic sales; proactive sales account management and not transactional sales; experience supporting list of accounts/book of business).
Handled 250-300 accounts/book of business
At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience handling existing customer portfolio preferably within a prominent organization where solution and consultative selling approaches were used
Experience in a corporate / B2B sales environment preferred
Able to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) and influence across global locations and teams, listening and challenging collaboratively
Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
Strong time management skills
Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others and our customers.
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in handling CRM tool is a plus
