Job Call Center agent
Description
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 3 years BPO work experience
At least 1 year and 6 months of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound)
Preferably 6 months of B2B sales experience• Account management experience is a plus
Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
Familiarity with online advertising products and services
A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work in BGC, Taguig City
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
