CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
 
Do you have at least 1 year of call center experience a strong command of the English language?  We are hiring Customer Service Associates located in Mandaluyong to answer inbound calls and provide customer support in a remote/home office environment. You MUST have strong English verbal skills and a customer focused personality.  You will need high speed internet access with the ability to create a WIRED connection - we provide equipment, virtual paid training, competitive wages, benefits, and more!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to telephone inquiries from customers using standard scripts and procedures
Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs
Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input

REQUIREMENTS:
1 Year of Call Center Experience
