We are hiring Admin Assistants!
As an Admin Assistant, you will:
Provide administrative support to the property management team.
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing of property-related permits.
Assist in coordinating property maintenance requests, repairs, and inspections.
Handle and respond to tenant and client inquiries professionally and efficiently via call or email.
Maintain and update property management records and databases.
Ensure compliance of property rules and regulations.
Support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient property management services.
You are a great fit if you are:
A Graduate of Management, Accounting, Administration, Business, Engineering, or any related course;
Confident in using computer applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently;
Excellent in communicating with clients or tenants, both written and verbal;
A team player, trainable, and highly motivated;
Enjoy working with people, values excellent customer service, and thrives in building strong client relationships;
Knowledgeable in property management.
