We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Secretary / Admin Reservation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservation bookings, assisting clients, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation bookings and client inquiries
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally
Maintain accurate booking records and schedules
Coordinate reservations with the operations or sales team
Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks
Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and confirmations
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
With or without experience (experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
