We are hiring PURCHASING ASSISTANT!
 
As our Purchasing Assistant, you will:
Source, canvass, and compare prices, specifications, and terms from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies
Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure completeness, timeliness, and compliance with agreed terms
Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier quotations, and related documentation
Monitor and track material requests from Operations and other departments to ensure timely procurement
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery
You are a great fit if you:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any finance or business-related course- but more than your diploma, we value your passion and drive!
Are confident in using computer applications (such as SAP Business One, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
Are organized, keen to details, and able to multi-task
Are assertive, proactive, hardworking, and responsible
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Are a fast learner, adaptable to change, and able to work with minimal supervision
Have previous finance/accounting experience, but if you're eager to learn and ready to grow, we're excited to welcome you!
