DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take part in the Global Telephony Platform project covering roll outs in DSV offices across the globe
Execute daily tasks related to Cisco Telephony/UC operations and maintenance, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment ITIL processes
Support implementation/integration of Unified Communications solutions
Create and update operational documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Practical knowledge about Cisco Unified Communications
Experience with Cisco UC, CCNA/CCNP Collaboration certifications or equivalent level of skills and experience will be a plus
Experience with VoIP protocols and UC systems integration methods
Familiarity of the UC network architecture
Understanding of network switching and routing as related to a Unified Communications and Voice over IP networks, including SIP protocol suite
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity and understanding of best IT practices (ITIL)
Good spoken/written English skills
