Better starts and ends with the customer
We'll look to you to lead and assist on projects across regional and global operations, tools and systems initiatives. As a part of the Product Support team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories. You'll work with IT on an agile environment to define the requirements and use cases, write acceptance criteria and create test cases. You'll identify process improvements, ensure operations readiness, and perform Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing. You'll create process maps as required, design and develop testing, documentation, and identify root cause analysis of process gaps. Working closely with stakeholders across the region, you will ensure call center engagement or involvement is managed effectively for related projects. You'll use your impeccable interpersonal skills to liaise, present and train all areas of the business that engage in the implementation of the solutions in line with key business objectives.
We need you to have a minimum of 6 months of call center experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader position. You'll be a problem solver with strong analytical skills, who thrives on meeting deadlines, works under pressure and manages priorities even with constraints and challenges. You must have the required traits to be proactive, planning and coordinating things ahead of scheduled timelines.
