About the Team & Business Line:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role:
You will be responsible in Viewpoint Software data analysis, support and management
You will provide User Training and Management of all software/business processes
You will be responsible for Production and Business Process Support
You will be involved in Testing and Implementation of new applications/systems and providing detailed communication, training and follow up support to all staff
You will be responsible for User Request for Enhancements Specifications and work with the Business Divisions to produce comprehensive business requirements and detailed specifications for existing and new financial functionality, interfaces and reports. Analyze enhancement requests, defects and other issues, translating them into professional financial specifications
About You:
You are experienced in supporting applications
You have experience working with ViewPoint/Entity Management is preferred
You are a business analyst/application support for similar organization
You are a well-rounded individual capable of performing several roles
You have the ability to work in a fast paced, complex IT environment
You have a Technical and/or Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience
You are a proactive person willing to accept responsibility and provide leadership
You have expertise in IT training/management in Trust/Financial Services industry which is preferred
You have demonstrated knowledge and skill managing change
You have demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written English
You have demonstrated knowledge in technical aspects of 3rd party vendor applications and interfaces
