The Treasury Assistant is responsible for the provision of reconciliation functions of the Trust accounts, as well as assistance with Treasury reporting and portfolio management. This is a high paced role where the incumbent will experience significant demands and pressures if they are unable to competently manage their daily workloads and duties.
Responsibilities:
Assist and prepare reconciliations for all Trusts.
Assist with swap contract reconciliations
Investigate ad hoc transactions
Providing timely, accurate and informational reconciliations
Working with tight deadlines.
Liaise with other team members
Assistance with the roll-out of other new initiatives
A minimum of two (2) years of financial services experience
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Results & deadline-driven
Strong team player
Strong organizational abilities
Self-starter/ability to work without direct supervision
Solid PC skills (excel)
Experience with Core Banking Platforms and Databases
Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
