Qualifications
• GDS Experience (Global Distribution System) - 1 year Sabre experience
• Minimum 6 months call center experience (International account)
• Able to multi-task
• Must be conversant, energetic, and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
• Must have the ability to understand the customer's needs.
• Willing to start immediately
• Must be amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedule
• Must be amenable to work onsite
• Must not have a conflict of interest such as:
-Plans to study
-Plans to go abroad
