Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing administrative and travel related tasks.
Handles hotel, apartment, or housing accommodations and reviews them accordingly
Make arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and local employee VISA requirements.
Monitors and administers communication allowance plan, company phone billing, and other wireless communication needs.
Advice clients/visitors on travel and accommodation arrangements.
Monitors travel and hotel invoices and billings for timely payments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge and experience in handling travel and accommodations request
