Job Description Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
- Assisting customers by responding to their questions
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer
- Providing excellent customer service 24/7
Job Qualifications Qualifications:
- Finished 2 years in college with no back subject
- Atleast 1 year of BPO experience in Travel account / 1 year of experience in travel industry
- Must have used Apollo, Sabre or any GDS
- 29K salary.
- Work onsite
