We are looking for a highly experienced Travel Agent to join our Air Department team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Amadeus Selling Platform, or strong knowledge of air travel booking systems. This role involves managing flight reservations, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and Zoom.Key Responsibilities
Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS
Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets accurately
Provide fare quotes and resolve booking issues efficiently
Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes and special requests
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies
Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized travel solutions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in air travel booking, preferably using Amadeus GDS
Strong understanding of fare construction, ticketing procedures, and airline policies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in handling client interactions across multiple channels
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
