Our Sales Department in the Philippines is looking for a
Training & Visual Merchandising Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop yearly training plan
Plan, direct and also deliver in-house training programs, both technical as well as soft skills training, including orientation for new employees
Liaise closely with Assortment Team & Marketing Team to refresh materials for product training, implement guidelines, and sustain learning at front-end
Manages execution of visual merchandising guidelines and monitors conditions of POS
Source, plan and coordinate with external training providers on all approved programs and ensure training evaluation is reviewed, progress is tracked.
Ensure constant coaching to sales staff pertaining to areas of improvement flagged out via stakeholder feedback when necessary including SA grooming, personality development, and the like
Ensure all training administration is executed promptly and accurately and all training records kept updated
Engage in any other ad-hoc or HR related projects.
Your ideal profile:
Bachelor's degree in any field
1-2 years of retail operations experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Filipino
Creative
Attentive to details and highly organized
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
Willing to be involved and able to work autonomously, as well as be a productive and contributing member of the team
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
