- Conduct in-house programs (behavioral and communications)
- Revise/improve existing in-house programs
- Evaluate training program effectiveness
- Communicate and support processes in the delivery of training programs (monitor enrollments, create reports, program teasers/mailers, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-5 years min experience conducting training and creating materials needed.
- experience in creating his/her own presentations, reports etc.
- Training experience will be non technical - communications, written skills, interpersonal skills, etc.
- Willing to work in Pasig
- Willing to start ASAP!
