He/she will conduct training programs for identified distribution channels and provide support to all Academy related activities and sales related events. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Effective delivery of learning and development programs to build knowledge and skills of distributors Facilitates basic and advanced training programs Compliance to training guidelines and procedures Design and development of basic and advanced programs as assigned Assist in the development of mini training modules Assist in the enhancement of existing training modules Support to Training related activities and participates in sales related activities as assigned Documents and tracks progress on learning effectiveness Provides training support Conducts post-training evaluation survey Conducts research on current training methods, trends and practices to benchmark from best practices Utilizes appropriate materials and ensures consistency of content and format Monitors compliance of participants to Training guidelines Prepares training materials and logistical requirements for training programs including proper dissemination of information REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate of any 4-year related course Preferably with solid training background in in the insurance industry or sales related company Presentation/Facilitation Skills Platform Skills Excellent oral and written Communication Skills People Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Customer Led: Uses feedback and interpersonal ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
