Role and responsibilities:
Identify training opportunities for new and existing employees.
Create, develop, and review training materials and resources.
Plan and conduct training sessions for all employees.
Provide a comprehensive onboarding plan for new hires.
Train new and existing employees on workplace technologies.
Train new and existing employees in job-specific skills.
Qualifications:
College graduates (any course) are encouraged to apply.
TESOL, TEFL, TESL certification is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to speak and understand English well.
Must possess organizational and problem-solving skills.
At least 12 months of BPO call-taking experience.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
At least 2 years of relevant training experience.
Must have basic knowledge on training methods and programs.
Confident and knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Should be open to the possibility of holding leadership roles.
Should be willing to work on-site.
Must be willing to work full-time (this is not a part time position)
Should be open and willing to undergo training.
Available and can start at the soonest time possible.
