Position Purpose:
The Training Executive (Trainer for Beauty & Haircare) will be responsible for the driving the education and sales development in Philippines and to achieve education and sales goals through partnership with internal team collaboration and retail partners with best in class training and education programs.
Principal Accountabilities:
Planning and execution of all BA training activities for his/her respective brands in line with sales and marketing focus and strategic objectives for retail team
Working closely with the Sr. Training Manager, Brand Manager and Manpower Manager for category training initiatives and other BA-related events
Coordination with training suppliers and ensuring the POs & payment to be done on time
Planning and execution of workshop events for retailer's clients/VIPS/special events.
Coordination and reporting to the respective principals on all BA-related activities, not limited to training
Coordination, preparation and inventory management of all testers for all training and/or sale events.
Ensuring proper execution of counter merchandising including proper planograms, visual updates, BA grooming
Conduct active field coaching; develop improvements and consistencies
Ensure compliance of brand policies, standards and procedures
Assists the Brand Team in launch events, principal store visits, and other team activities
Prepare and submit monthly training reports
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and retailers.
Manage and host press events, animations and consumer workshops
Provide competitive best practices and feedback
SALES DEVELOPMENT
Drive sales growth through educating and motivating beauty advisors/cast members
Ability to navigate situations - understands and drives retail KPIs like conversions, traffic, basket and etc. to elevate performance of stores and staff
Understanding opportunities within markets, work with Retail & Sales Manager to develop business plans for stores to increase sales via instore events, brand activation
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years' solid experience in planning and conducting training programs both in classroom and field coaching, preferably within retail, beauty, luxury or service industry
Strong ability to story tell brand, brand values and products in a compelling manner to increase brand love
People oriented, highly self-motivated and creative mind
Strong commercial acumen combined with a drive for result
Good command of both written, spoken English
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Team player that display tact and good initiative with a pleasant disposition
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in training and field coaching
Computer (Power Point, Word and Excel)
High level of competence in presentation and communication
