Core Responsibilities
Analyze existing processes and systems and make recommendations for improvement
Assist with end-to-end global AI/Automation projects, Data Analytics & change/ transformation initiatives
Design and build simple and efficient solutions utilizing the Firm's full IA toolset (Python, Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath, Tableau, SQL) in the most expedited and controlled way while ensuring compliance with Firm IA policies and change management standards.
Work closely with Front Office, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners to implement, and maintain initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Gather requirements through interaction with stakeholders in order to write user stories and specify acceptance criteria
Measure progress (e.g. value delivered to clients / internal partners)
Coordinate operational readiness across various teams to ensure proper communication, training, and procedural updates
Present reports on progress as well as required decisions, issues and solutions/path to green
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business leading strategic or transformational change.
Strong technical skills with advanced proficiency in any of the following: Python, Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath, Tableau, SQL
Ability to prioritize projects and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.
Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations.
Influence peers with diverse points of view and build consensus.
Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence.
Ability to work across teams and drive initiatives forward.
