Manage deployment of POP's to covered distributor and merchandising personnel
Spearhead proper installation of specified POP's and adherence to sales cycle plan
Ensure Implementation of approved FPARF's based on schedule and submission of corresponding liquidation based on department guidelines.
Conduct business-building activities and regular visit to key WS & RT outlets in a covered area
Gather and analyze inventory data of top accounts and recommend appropriate sell-out programs
Track the performance of merchandisers in the Stores to ensure their compliance to KPI Merchandising guidelines and sales cycle plan.
Conduct validation and monitor adherence of accounts with display allowance agreements situated in a covered area
Execute gap fill/selling requirements as may deemed necessary by programs to be implemented.
Adheres to the Company's policies, guidelines, core values and enthusiastically work with colleagues in the pursuit of the Company's MVV.
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
