JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead a team of HR practitioners who specialize in the administration/delivery of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Information System (HRIS).
Be the subject matter expert in Compensation & Benefits design and delivery, able to apply expert knowledge, methodologies/techniques, prevalent and emerging market trends, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
Be highly proficient on design, development, and delivery of Rewards policies and programs.
Plan and implement delivery of all operational transactions related to compensation, benefits, according to agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements
Lead transformation initiatives to new HRIS, implement effective employee data management processes and data analytics reports relevant to the business.
Communicate policies and programs effectively and provide relevant advice to business stakeholders.
Manage projects effectively to meet stakeholders' expectations and mitigate any risks or issues
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and initiate solutions.
Manage vendor relations and contract terms and conditions effectively
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background : College Graduate preferably Human Resource Management, Business, or any related course
Work Experience : At least 10 years overall work experience in HR, 7 years in Total Rewards (compensation &; benefits design & operations) & HRIS
Knowledge and Skills : Highly analytical with advance MS Excel knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management skills
