Job Overview:Were hiring an experienced Finance Manager / Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. You will manage day-to-day accounting activities, lead the accounting team, and maintain strong coordination with banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial policies aligned with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.Oversee daily accounting tasks: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial transactions.Prepare budgets and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency.Create quarterly financial reports and support year-end audits.Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes and government contributions.Manage banking activities locally and internationally.Lead and mentor the accounting team.Maintain cash flow forecasts for business planning.Build relationships with banks, auditors, and government agencies.Support financial projects and assist in daily finance-related operations.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA license is required.Strong computer skills; background in financial data analytics is a plus.Excellent in English and Tagalog communication (written and spoken).Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Able to multitask, adapt, and work independently.
