Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong experience in non-voice channels (Chat/WhatsApp) - advanced level
Very flexible working hours - no fixed shift model (e.g. 8-hour blocks); the goal is 13-14 hours of availability for the customer
Mindset:
Flexible and highly motivated ("hungry") for sales
