Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
· Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
· Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
 
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong experience in non-voice channels (Chat/WhatsApp) - advanced level
Very flexible working hours - no fixed shift model (e.g. 8-hour blocks); the goal is 13-14 hours of availability for the customer
Work from home possible
