Requirements:
Preferably Thai national
Can speak, read and write Thai and English
With Excellent English proficiency skills
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
Preferably with working experience in sales environment
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Perform outbound calls to non-deposit and inactive players
Take ownership and responsibility for all inquiries presented to the Customer Service Centre for both call and chat, identify customer needs, and utilizing appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions based on the investigation
Record all players' feedback or suggestion and report to the Country Manager
Create and ensure accuracy of daily, weekly or monthly operation report
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of operation department, services, policies and procedures in relation to the role
Provide support and assistance to colleagues within the team through training, coaching and adopting good team ethics
