T&C Mechanical Engineer: Forsspac is recruiting experienced Testing and Commissioning Engineers for a prestigious project to establish and perform the activities related to the system Testing and Commissioning. Must be willing to work on site, in and outside Metro Manila.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior T&C Mechanical Engineer on the following:
· Proposal preparation for bidding
· Review the project technical specifications, submittals, design drawings, shop drawings and other related documents.
· Review O&M Manual documentations submitted by trade contractors.
· Establish commissioning activities, equipment start-up and system sequence of operation.
Perform site inspection on the installed mechanical services.
Review and verify completeness of test sheets and records to be used during commissioning.
Witness all testing relevant to the commissioning activity.
Coordinate the resolution of system deficiencies identified during Testing and Commissioning
Requirements:
5 years minimum at Testing and Commissioning experience in consulting engineering and construction
Knowledge in building commissioning techniques and practices.
Knowledge in latest mechanical, plumbing and fire protection codes and standards.
Knowledge of MVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing System principle and operations
Proven ability in preparing technical report with recommendations.
Knowledge in using Testing and Commissioning instrumentations.
Good English language proficiency for working with international clients

Must be willing to be assigned in any project inside and outside Metro Manila
Remuneration (Per month)
Salary range Php 20,000 to Php 35,000 depending upon experience
