Job Description:
Financial/Investment/Accounting/Insurance; Solid Test Lead experience/ Testing Process experience;very strong/evident Leadership Skills, Preferrably with Banking and Insurance experience, Advanced SQL (Back-end Testing); experienced in integration testing of multiple systems; knowledgeable in SDLC and ALM;
Reviews the business requirements and evaluates the document based on accuracy and completeness. Logs defects and ensures document is updated appropriately.
Contributes to the identification and assessment of risks and exposures for applications. Uses Application Risk Assessment as input into all testing activities.
Participates in design reviews and has a basic understanding of application and system designs.
Defines test strategy and is able to identify an efficient testing approach.
Develops and maintains test plans (including identifying test situations/scenarios) for complex projects.
Defines test tools and processes on projects.
Designs and creates test case documentation including test situations, data setup, execution steps and expected results.
Executes test cases for various types of testing including function, conversion, integration, regression and performance.
Logs and manages defects until they are closed
