DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
- 10% Assist in the provision of technical / instructional service to clients on TESD Programs
- 10% Prepares database management such as monitoring, maintenance of database and files
- 10% Assist in evaluation, analysis and consolidation of data.
- 10% Prepares periodic reports
- 10% Prepares initial draft of studies, systems and procedures
- 10% Assist in maintaining records and files
- 15% Assist in the provision of technical services on scholarship programs/projects
- 15% Assist in the provision of technical services related to Program Registration and Assessment and Certification
- 10% Performs other related functions as maybe assigned

Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
List of references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):

Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
