Is currently looking for:
 
TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains excellent client relationships
Presents and sells company products to current and potential clients
Negotiates terms of agreement and makes accurate and rapid cost calculations before closing sales
Consistently hits or exceeds monthly sales quota
Identifies business opportunities by recognizing sales prospects and making contact
Maintains accurate records of all sales, presentations, contacts, referrals, cold calls, etc.
Prepares sales reports and submits them in a timely manner
Creates actions plans and schedules to determine specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products, market trends, best practices, etc.
Monitors and collects payments from clients
Monitors product deliveries, farm trials, etc.
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Medical Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or the equivalent
Must have at least 2 years experience in sales with proven track record of meeting sales targets
Required Skill(s): Excellent communication (both oral and written), negotiation, strategic and analytical, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Must be responsible, reliable, hard-working and self-motivated
Can work with minimal supervision
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be willing to travel or be relocated
