JOB DESCRIPTION
Designs, check and compute electrical loadings on existing facilities such as buildings, data rooms for networks, and administration offices.
Conduct site surveys and audit on existing and new facilities.
Coordinate with installers and subcontractors and oversee electrical related activities.
Conduct site integration and acceptance.
Attend to electrical related inquiries and concerns.
Attend meetings with clients and suppliers if needed.
Conduct site by site evaluation and audit.
May perform incidental tasks, as needed.
Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in the building.
Develop schedule for regular evaluation of all facilities.
Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well.
Initiate interventions to solve problems in facilities.
Develop and execute systems for regular cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities
Provision of documents and reports (example but not limited to: project updates and solutions, operation reports, networks installations, restorations and incident reports)
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer.
Relevant exposure to TELCO industries of at least 1-2 years in implementation and roll out.
Relevant exposure on DC Power Systems, Batteries, and Rectifiers
Above average working knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.).
Knowledgeable in basic Civil infrastructures and Mechanical facilities.
Can independently plan and execute electrical designs and implementations.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD software or other related software.
Time management skills, Project management skills, Procurement and negotiation skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Confident in decision making.
The ability to draw information from various sources, including people.
Practical, flexible and innovative approach to work, teamwork skills and ability to lead motivate others.
Must know the relationship of the triple constraint with regards to quality
Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills.
