EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Provide expertise in SAP analytics solution, such as HANA data modelling, HANA Live and S4HANA embedded analytics
Ability to independently articulate & define analytics solutions being used by supervisory board, executive committees and client senior management levels
Ability to lead or participate in business sessions to identify and document analytic use cases.
Build strong relationships with senior client management based on trust and credibility
Good experience with and knowledge of SAP Business Suite, CRM, SRM and SAP BI systems
Experience of consulting in a variety of different industry sectors
Delivery oriented, e.g. ability to structure the project and deliverables and manage project teams.
Leverage knowledge of data warehouse and software development methodologies to contribute to the overall planning of projects by recommending approaches, identifying resources, developing timelines and resource estimates.
Can contribute to the preparation of complex proposals ensuring that client needs are met
Reporting on client project risks and opportunities
Work effectively as part of a team
Resolving simple to very complex reporting and implementation issues of clients and provide knowledge transfer to customers.
Responsible for mentoring junior consultants
Contribute to solution knowledge base with specific areas of expertise, Develop and document enterprise knowledge in the form of technical articles, and best practices
Involvement in seminars and the production of marketing materials
Willingness to travel and be based on client sites when required
Willingness to participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Graduate / post graduate Degree from a well-known and accredited university or institution.
Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities with an ability to balance theory and practical reality.
Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
Self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation capabilities, especially in driving consensus among senior technical resources.
Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to non-technical audience. High energy, clear goal orientation and strong work ethics; "can do" attitude
Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new technologies quickly and can adapt to a growing and rapidly evolving environment
Motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure situations
Experience of team leading small / medium/large sized teams
Ability to manage difficult situations at customer projects.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.
Project Management exposure. Ability to manage risks and issues and manage escalations through proper channels.
SAP Technical Skills - Essential
Minimum 2 SAP HANA Analytics end to end implementation lifecycles
At least 6-8 years, or up to 10 years experiences in Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture, data modelling and development
Experience in data architecture and data modeling skills including 3rd NF, Dimensional, ODS and other techniques using various modeling tools
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience with SQL and database procedural languages
Ability to translate business requirements to technical design and implementations
Ability to perform performance tuning on HANA data models
Strong experience in building HANA Views (Attribute, Analytical & Calc Views)
Detailed knowledge of HANA data modelling best practices
Strong experience in SQL Scripting, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures
Experience in HANA security and authorizations
Experience of ASAP (or equivalent) project implementation methodology
Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud will be an advantage
Desirable
Strong experience in SAP BW or SAP HANA with at least 3 implementation lifecycles
Experience with Retail or Manufacturing environment is an advantage
Experience in Common Data Services (CDS) data modelling
Good 'high-level' functional knowledge of SAP ERP modules e.g. FI, HR, SD
Experience in SAP BusinessObjects product suite
Experience of ABAP / customer enhancements
External qualifications (e.g. CIMA, CIPS, PRINCE2)
Ability to present complex information in a clear and precise manner; with non-technical audience
Experience in HADOOP and integration
Ability to speak in Tagalog
WORK EPERIENCE
More than 10+ years' experience with at least 6-7 years' experience in end-to-end analytics implementation projects.
At least 5 years of experience working in a management consulting environment is a prerequisite
