Job Title: Technology - QA & Testing Senior Analyst
Location: Manila
Corporate Title Associate
The QA & Testing Senior Analyst works with the test team to develop testing strategies and devise test plans in order to ensure that applications meet business requirements and maintain Deutsche Bank's high QA & Testing quality standards. The QA & Testing Senior Analyst provides hands on participation and oversight of testing activities tasks and resources needed to ensure the testing process meets software requirements prior to release into a live environment.
Your key responsibilities
Takes a lead role in the establishment or execution of one or more test specialties for a larger testing unit or programme
Identifies the tasks and resources needed to ensure that their specialized portion of the testing process meets software quality requirements prior to release into a live environment
Specialize in a specific area of the testing process such as test automation, performance testing, testing process, test environments, test data provisioning
Specialize in relevant tools such as Performance Centre, Quick Test Professional, Quality Centre/ALM and Jira. Alternately the Lead QA and Testing Principal Engineer may possess or demonstrate specialist Business Testing knowledge or exceptional business/functional expertise
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree holder of either Accountancy or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry.
Participation and/or completion in Testing certification programs (ISTQB or tool specific certifications)
Experience implementing testing practices across the full Software Development lifecycle
Technology knowledge and experience in automation testing using Java language is highly needed
